OUR AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS:
Whether you are landing at O’Hare Airport, Midway Airport or any of the Fixed Based Operators (FBO’s), we would like for you to know that your driver will communicate with you the day before your trip or prior to your flight’s departure to Chicago. Your driver will be monitoring your flight status and he/she will call or text you once your flight has safely landed. If your driver has not contacted you, then you may go ahead and contact your driver directly. Once all communication has been made and you have retrieved your luggage, all you have to do is provide your driver with your door or vestibule number and at that point your driver will scan their airport stamp in order to exit the limo lot and enter your terminal for pick-up. This will typically take about 5-6 minutes.
O’Hare International Airport:
All Livery vehicles, limousine or black car services must pick-up their passengers on the lower level, outside of baggage claim on the middle curb for Terminals 1-3. International Terminal, aka Terminal 5 pick-up is on the first curb as soon as you walk outside.
Terminal 1 pick-up (ex. 1A, 1D, 1E, etc.)
Terminal 2 pick-up (ex. 2A, 2C, etc.)
Terminal 3 pick-up (ex. 3A, 3D, 3G, etc.)
Terminal 5 pick-up (outside of door 5D only)
Midway International Airport:
All Livery vehicles or black car services must pick-up their passengers outside of Door 2LL on the middle curb, which is located on the lower level, outside of baggage claim.
Please Note:
If you do not see your driver, please do NOT leave the airport before calling BCG Limo Service at 708-268-3131. If you leave the airport without contacting us, you will be CHARGED for the FULL amount of the trip that was scheduled. We will make multiple attempts to contact our client(s) before our driver is released from their assignment and the trip will be considered a “No-Show” reservation.
